Simple idea, and simple execution, but it works flawlessly. I don't believe I've seen an emoticon with this theme before, and I'm quite surprised actually, it could definitely be very useful! :nod:

But I'm used to seeing really useful emoticons from you. ;)

The shading looks smooth and cool, and the tard expression works surprisingly well. :giggle:

Only thing I can really critique is I think it raises it's hand again a little too fast in my opinion, but I don't really know if it would work as well if it was slower. So... don't change it or anything, cause it's great as it is. :giggle:

Overall, great work! :aww:
